Sierra's ears perked. She peered along the alley, looking for something. "What is it?" her friend, Lily, said. "I hear something. And...I sense something too. And I don't think it's something good," Sierra replied. Lily tried to listen, as she strained her ears as much as she could. Then Sierra heard a sharp sound of something whooshing through the air, and then the thump of her friend's body. "Lily!" she cried, then felt a sudden pain in her side. The last thing both remember was black, and a dark chuckle of a man.

The man took them to a large home. The 'large' part was the back yard. It was all fenced around, first with a tall wood fence, and after the wood fence a chain-link fence. What was this man hiding from the world? He took the net with two dogs and checked them over in what looked like a vet's clinic. Gave them shots and the like. He then hauled them out to the back yard, where many cages were. Dogs filled the cages everywhere. He dropped the two in a cage, along with food and water.

But what exactly is this man doing?

Okay, so the man's a dog catcher. He also fights his dogs. The way he has the dogs is that he catches them out on the street, because there are so many strays where he lives. He has a home where he lives and lounges, and he also has a mini vet clinic, where he takes dogs after he tranqs them and puts them in a net. He gives them shots just in case they have a disease, and then takes them to his back yard where he keeps all his dogs.

The man has his home, which has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. He also has his mini vet clinic where he takes care of his dogs, a small room for reasons to be explained later, and his huge backyard..

So, now I'll start to go into detail about it.

The whole Other dogs' and Prize Dogs' cages are open. No bars in-between. 'Cause it was revamped. And I'm too lazy to change the picture. All dogs may interact with each other as long as they are in the same section. ;)

The ring in the middle's for dog fighting, which the man does.

The prize dogs are the dogs that are best in fighting, and most often fight.

The other dogs are the dogs that aren't prize dogs(obviously).

The Detention Area is where dogs that have been bad go.  It's a small, cramped area with no food or water, and dogs often stay for a day or two--sometimes less if the man feels like it, or if it's a prize dog.

Sometimes, the man takes dogs to actual dog fighting rings to fight other dogs.

And about that room that I said about earlier.....

The man also sort of "force-breeds."  But all he does is put them in a small room together, and if they don't have puppies after a few months, he gives up and tries another pair. So they're technically not "forced." But if they don't have puppies, they go to the Detention Area for a while..

The dogs know about the whole place, too, and all the works. They know what happens in the Detention Area and about the breeding.

The whole place also has dirt on the floor--only small patches of gras.s.(For the backyard, I mean...)

AND, just while I'm here.... The man is referred to by the dogs as 'Master,' even if they don't think of him as their master.

So... -phew- After all that, let's get to the other stuff.

History: Used to be a famous show dog, until he got kidnapped for a few years and everyone forgot about him. When he was returned to his owners for a specific fee, his owners threw him out because he wasn't famous anymore and probably couldn't get famous again. So, he became a stray then got captured.

Rather dark, he's come to accept that most dogs will try to hurt him, and therefor is very defensive and untrusting, even going so far as to snap at those who try to be kind to him. In general, he is tolerable to talk to, as long as you don't get too close and talk to him formally. He's never gotten close to another dog before, but with time, it might be possible to earn his trust.
He also thinks the master's crazy!

Was bred purposely for the point of dogfighting and has been a strong and skilled fighter all his life. He has only lost one match, and that was the match that caused his previous master the beat him then throw him out in rage. The man found him an recognized him as one of the dogs that had continuously won against him in his arena and nursed him back to health figuring he was still young and strong enough to heal and fight again.
