Seikii
A land of diversity, from the mountains in the North, to the forests of the Easts,
the towns to the Wests, and the plains of the South.
The people who inhabit this place are divided into four powerful clans.
They are:
Shapeshifters- People who can change into an animal form at will. They are strongly attached to the wild, preferring to stay in their animal forms most of the time, and live on the Southern plains.
Elementals- People who have control over the four elements (Fire, Water, Wind and Earth). Each Elemental is born with an affinity for a certain element, and it often shows in their personalities. The Elementals prefer to live in the Northern mountains, away from the other clans.
Magik Wielders- Those who can use magik spells. Slightly more advanced than the other clans, they used their knowledge to build the towns and cities of the Wests, where most Magik Wielders reside.
Shinobis- Warriors who are skilled with weapons but have no supernatural powers like the others. They are well trained and strong, able to hold their own against members of the other clans. Shinobi stay hidden within the Eastern forests.
Seikii is surrounded by a wasteland of desert, a no mans' land where those who have broken their clans' law are exiled. But not all who have been banished are guilty. Each clan has produced a member with unique powers, one whose power frightened their fellow clan members. They were banished out of fear, and have gathered in the wasteland with the other exiles. Now a mysterious group is pursuing those exiled, hoping to capture and exploit their powers. This group consists of four Hunters, who have vowed to capture the exiles for their own purposes.

7. Please be active! If you need to quit kill off your charrie or let someone else have it.
8. You can have as many characters as you want, just keep up with them all.
9. Violence and Romance are allowed, just keep it PG-13. And no instant crushes.

13. There will be four Hunters who chase the exiles. These positions are first come first serve, so ask me if you want one.
14. There are four "Gifted" Clan members, one from each Clan, who are slightly stronger than the others. They are also first come first served.
