Okay this is most likely to fail but I don't really care. I've been wanting to do an rp like this for a while, (plus Sather told me to make it) so here goes:

Setting:

Welcome to the capital wasteland year 2550. Its been 600 years since the nuular apocalypse back in the 1950. The world is a very different place. For one the world is a barren wastland hense the name. The trees are shriveled up, gr*censored* no longer grows, water emiting loads of radiation. There are various underground shelter's called vaults, and the streets over run with mutated creatures, zombies, raiders, killer robots,
not to mention that technology has advanced but society is not. From the music to the, clothing, and they way of speaking people are trapped in the fifties.
Most of the building are in broken but you can find old apartments that aren't completely destroyed, but most live in shacks, if the chose to live above the earth not in the Vaults.

Plot:

Now there is a new strain of viruses hitting the Capital Wasteland. Mutating people, now its not the zombie mutation, but something different. Some would consider this a gift others would consider this a curse.
Now anyways, so really your just wandering around the wasteland land and your character can contract the virus if you want them to.
So yeah, your character can live in the vault but your not allowed to leave, so I'd suggest you live on the waste land, and your mutation can be anything, from a third arm to mind reading.

Oh and this roleplay is based off of the Fallout games.

Anyways, past that fail, here are the rules.

1. Listen to me.
2. Sather is co-owner if she joins.
3. You must be literate, more than five sentences. No one liners, although writers block is understandable. Just tell me first.
4. Romance/Violence is encoraged. Keep it pg-14, nothing to graphic though.
5. You be literate or semi-lit. If I find you are not I will ask you to leave. (I proably wont XD)
6. I will proably add more rules later. So keep that in mind.

Name||Fiona Hearts

Age|| Unknown. She looks to be around 20 though.

Looks||She has long, straight, dark brown hair that flows down her back in a tight braid and ends right above her butt. Her eyes are a deep purplle color, she doesn't have any pupils and she is blind in the light but she can see in the dark. Her skin is very pale and she has a few freckles on her nose. She is very thin from not eating a lot of food. Fiona has square gl*censored*es that kind of help her see in the day time, but she still can't see stuff very clearly.

Personality||Fiona doesn't like to be around a lot of people. She hates large crowds and loud noises and she is usually quiet. Her true feelings are closed up inside her, not to be touched or messed with. Fiona only shows her true feelings when she is around someone she trusts completely or cares for. She also loves animals, posibly more then her own kind. 

Lover||None right now.

Mutated||She is half owl. She has great hearing and she can see in the dark. She has wings but they are usually hiden pretty well. She does find herself wanting to eat some of the pray owls eat such as mice, cats, and other small animals.

History||Bleh.

Name: Taylor Sommers

Age|| 16 (i can change, though)

Looks|| Long brown hair, that in the sun, she gets blonde and reddish highlights. She has gray wolf ears that stick out from her head and a wolf's tail. She obtained these by falling into a puddle of radiation. Her eyes are gray with silver flecks. She usually wears whatever she can find, but right now, she has a black tank top and jeans that go down to her knees. She carries two daggers on either side of her. She also has a bow and quiver filled with arrows that she found raiding apartments for clothing and food.

Personality|| Ferocious. If anything says something about her appearence, she's on them in a flash. She is lethal in battle, not scared to kill.

Lover|| No

Mutated|| Wolf tail and ears. This means she has heightened senses and she also has the power of telekenesis.

History|| She was born in Megatron, but left when her parent's died from radiation sickness. She was on the road ever since.

((oops lol. typo fail XD. and no i didn't. i turned the dude in and he shot the sheriff, but then i killed him XD

I took the bomb. Then ran to the sherrif. The sheriff yelled at me for having it and I told him that the dude gave it to me. Then he said he'll take care of the dude. So i followed and the guy shot the sheriff, so i shot him.))

((Oh dude that happened to me, then I reloaded the game and used the black widow option, and now Burke keeps sending me weird love letters...

But lets start.))

Sais wondered around the wastes, it had been days since he had last eaten and drank clean water. But if you've lived as long as he has out in the open you get used to it. Sure, rabid dogs giant mole rats did scare him every once in a while, but he still had will power. He hoped he would reach a town soon.
