JOB TYPES

Adept Rogue- Adept Rogues are eventually capable to equip various weapons and use various magic. However, each weapon must be learned separately and require items, but the training will eventually pay off making them highly adaptable in any situation. (Players will start out with Twin Blades but through JOB EXTEND quests they will be able to upgrade to other jobs such as Edge Punisher and Flick Reaper.)

Blade Brandier- Blade Brandiers fight with a sword similar to a katana. It is said that all warrior cl*censored*es derive from this cl*censored*. Although their abilities are average, they can adapt to a wide variety of situations. (Blade Brandier's wield medium-sized, one-handed, or katana-like swords in battle)

 

Edge Punisher- Edge Punishers are a job cl*censored* that prefers to wield giant swords. A blow from one of these weapons has enormous power. It can slice most enemies in half with a single strike. (Edge Punishers excel in physical attacking, especially against armored foes; however, they are much slower than cl*censored*es such as the Blade Brandier. Edge Punishers also have higher defense from the heavy armors they can equip.)

 

Twin Blade- Twin Blades are the most balanced cl*censored* in The World. They are noted for their superior traveling speed and hit rate. Twin Blades are the proverbial "jack of all trades, master of none" due to the fact that while they have decent attack stat growths and have decent magical stats, they are unable to equip the strongest armors, have lower attack growths than the other cl*censored*es, and do not have access to stronger magic skills. Their greatest strength lies with their multi-hit skills. Each skill has several elemental versions, and as a result are capable of dealing m*censored*ive damage to enemies weak against those elements.

 

Flick Reaper- The Flick Reaper specializes in attacks meant to keep multiple enemies away. However, they are ineffective at long range. (Flick Reapers are very weak to long range attacks. They're the medium range, "area attack" cl*censored*. They "flick" multiple enemies and push them away before they can get close enough for melee attacks, but a good Steam Gunner or Lord Partizan could overpower them by attacking from afar.)

 

Lord Partizan- Lord Partizans wield a giant lance. No other cl*censored* can match its piercing power. They have high defensive power compared to other cl*censored*es, but are weaker against magic. (Lord Partizans have good medium range attacks, but don't excel at "sweeping" attacks like Flick Reapers. Their defense and physical attack stats are very high, with magical attack being their only real weakness. They're also more monster-oriented, with a lot of good armor-piercing and anti-air weapons and skills. Their skill progression for low levels is also among the lowest. Overall, this cl*censored* can cause the most immediate damage.)

 

Tribal Grappler- Tribal Grapplers use their own fists as weapons. They have high agility similar to Twin Blades and possess high HP. However, their low defense value makes it crucial to pay attention in battle. (This cl*censored* has the advantage of a very high attack speed, allowing it to achieve normal Rengeki extremely fast, in addition to very high HP. Their defense, however, is very low. They also have a very limited repertoire of arts, having only 2 skills available as of Rebirth.)

 

Macabre Dancer- Macabre Dancers are experts at status and ability magic. Since they are allied with both the light and dark spirits, they are proficient in healing and attack magic. They hold large fans in both hands during battle. Their dancing form is said to enchant those who watch. (Macabre Dancers are the expert cl*censored* for status effects and parameter changes, and are very balanced casters, learning both healing and attack spells. Like Harvest Clerics and Shadow Warlocks, Macabre Dancers gain spells incredibly quickly, at a rate of almost one per job level, but learn no arts.

 

Harvest Cleric- Harvest Clerics are experts in healing magic and are allied with the light spirits. They wield a staff in battle in the name of Eir, the Goddess of Tranquility. They can use some attack magic after they reach a certain level, but most concentrate on healing and support magic. (Their favored weapons are staves, which give bonuses to their magic and elemental stats, and can be used in melee combat, being considerably physically stronger by level than grimoires but weaker than any other type of weapon. In exchange, Harvest Cleric staves give a much lower magic bonus than Shadow Warlock grimoires, though the elemental bonuses are around the same. Like bayonets, neither staves nor grimoires have special types (i.e. "Hold and Release", "Rapid Attacks") for melee combat. Like Macabre Dancers andShadow Warlocks, Harvest Clerics learn spells incredibly fast, at a rate of almost 1 per job level, but learn no arts.)

 

Shadow Warlock- Shadow Warlocks are experts in attack magic and are allied with the dark spirits. They always carry a book of spells known as a Grimoire to heighten their magic power. Although they can use some healing magic, their repertoire is limited and not very efficient. (Their favored weapons are Grimoires, which give bonuses to their magic and elemental stats, and can be used in melee combat, although with very little effect. Shadow Warlock tomes give a much higher magic bonus and have a much lower physical attack than Harvest Cleric staves, though the elemental bonuses are around the same. Like bayonets, neither staves nor grimoires have special types (i.e. "Rapid Attacks", "Hold and Release") for melee combat. Like Macabre Dancers and Harvest Clerics, Shadow Warlocks gain spells very quickly, at a rate of almost one per job level, but learn no arts.)

 

Steam Gunner- They specialize in long-range attack and are weak against close encounters, but if necessary their guns can be used as powerful melee weapons which keep most enemies away. (Steam Gunners are the physical equivalent of Shadow Warlocks. Their shots are skills that operate the exact same way spells do, but deal physical damage instead. Steam Gunners' shots have greater range than any other physical hit, and their physical attack stat has the fastest progression of any cl*censored* (as of Rebirth). In exchange, their melee hits take the same penalty as those of the other "caster" cl*censored*es in R:2 in that they lack any of the special types (i.e. "rapid attacks", "hold and release") that most cl*censored*es have access to.)

Humans-- Humans are normal players, they have no ears or tail. 

 

Beasts-- Beast are full-blooded animals, with the ability to talk and socialize with humans. They have ears, fur, and tails.

 

Half Breeds-- Half-breeds are a mixture of human and beasts. They have normal skin but deem the appearance with ears and tails.

He also has a pair of orange-tinted protective glas.ses that he wears when shooting. His gun is a grey double-barrel bayonet that lights up with green rune-like markings when fired. The blade at the end of it is curved with a chip cut into it. Overall, the weapon is lightweight and thin, but can shoot well.

Login Successful, Enjoy [The World].  

 My fingers grazed the keyboard, jolting with great speed I typed the username and pas$word I chosen prior for the creation of my character. When faced with things of the sort, I try to make the character represent myself in the most logical way as possible. The loading process was rather quick for a mas.sive game such as [The World]. It gave me the ability to escape the buzzing and confusing reality I lived in already.

  Roisin stood before multiple users, they all had experience compared to her noobish state. Glaring, their eyes that was formed with mere ones, zeros, and coding seeded into her soul.  Nervousness peaked the edges of her hands, what would she do now? This game was fairly new and her friends haven't gotten the chance to buy it so she was all alone. Taking in a breath of air, Roisin took a few steps out of the main portal in Mac Anu.

 "The graphics are realistic...maybe once I join a guild and make some friends it won't be so bad." 

 Taking in all the specifically placed tiles and architecture, Roisin arrived at the fountain. The water reflected her appearance, running her hand against the water--ripples formed as so.  The young player's thoughts bubbled and bloomed with curiosity, her zeal and alacrity was clearly shown upon her face. Roisin was confronted by some random players, though she tried to avoid them. It wasn't that she was extremely shy but rather cautious, the ones she has *censored*ociated with this far all appeared creepy and odd.

 "Damnit, what was my p*censored*word again..." I muttered under my breath. Typing the letters I figured I would have used just moments prior. Pressing the enter button, my breathing was still, I waited patiently.

Login Successful, Enjoy [The World].

 "Finally!" I let the words escape my still state, I have been waiting for this game to be released ever since I heard the mere words people would use to describe it.

   Jericho entered the game with ease, once he arrived by the main portal in Mac Anu he darted toward the Kiosk. He needed to stock up on potions and items that would be affective while we went to battle and raise his level. After buying as much as he could with the starting budget of, 5000 gold, Jericho darted towards the area with the fountain. 

 His dark hair flowed into his face, Jericho raced through the crowds of people. His emotions were eager and excited. As he arrived at the fountain, no one noticed him. Displeased Jericho typed up an alert and sent it to everyone in the area--along with shouting to the heavens he was looking for a team to go level up with.

 "HEY! I NEED A TEAM, SO IF YOU WANT TO LEVEL UP COME WITH ME!"
