Lightning flashes and a few Black Aukira perch in a gnarled, charred-looking, tree. A large hill stands before you, at the top is the house that is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of an insane rancher and her creatus. You take a deep breath and begin walking up the hill. The Aukira in the tree fly off when you walk by. You jump back as a shadow whisks by, making clicking noises as it swiftly goes by, startling you. A few long-eared shadows rise from the dying shrubbery when you make it halfway. They stare curiously at you as you walk further up the hill. A few minutes of walking and some spooky creatus staring at you, you make it to the massive house. The black, rusty, iron gate stands menacingly before you. You push the gate open and it squeaks loudly as you do so. The house's exterior was made of what looks like obsidian and the large oak door is wide open and moving slightly in the autumn winds. The lawn is dead and unkempt and there appear to be graves in the backyard.

Welcome, Victims! I am Mizz and welcome to Haunted House: A Hallows Roleplay! This is a Hallows Roleplay, one of four Horror-themed roleplays that is based around one of the four Rescreatu worlds, this one being Reiflem. You are one of the many people who have been chosen to enter a house that is said to be haunted, or a Victim. Most Victims don't return, but those who do never return with their sanity intact. I play as the house and its residents. My job is to create atmosphere that you can visualize, challenging puzzles, and action to get your heart pounding. Your job as a Victim is to explore the house, solve the house's many tricky puzzles, and not get killed. I have no definite literacy but I'll mostly be Literate- Semi-Literate for the sake of atmosphere.

The rules are, you can't leave the house via the front door, the backyard gate, etc but you can freely explore much of the house and bacyard. You cannot be accompanied by a creatu of any kind. If you are killed, I will RM you with some options of what you can do next, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. you don't have to ask if you can join, just post what you do following the introduction.

A few warnings before you consider joining, there will be a little gore, death, and other gruesome things. If you don't like the previously listed things, you probably don't want to join. This roleplay is purely atmospheric and much of the gore will only be for scare purposes. The action parts will be limited in their Deions, because graphic violence is against the Rescreatu Roleplaying Rules.
