Here are my characters:-
Name: Echo Winters
Gender: Female
Age: 16 (when the RP starts, it'll be her sixteenth birthday)
Looks: http://i1237.photobucket.com/albums/ff472/iamlost14/2861431578_9c3aa89323.jpg - Echo is quite a pretty girl; she's a little short, at 5'2'' in height, and clearly underweight. Being so slim, even clothes which would normally fit a girl her age perfectly look a couple sizes too big. She wears a white t-shirt with black jacket and black trousers, with a black hat which matches her jacket as well. Being in quite poor condition in terms of her health and immune system, she has very pale skin, and her hair is virtually white as well. Her eyes are a bright, beautiful shade of blue. Echo doesn't wear shoes, and hasn't worn any for years, and thus goes everywhere barefoot. She has the remnants of a chain around her lower right leg, which has been there for quite some time and is thus somewhat em[injection]bedded into her skin, causing her quite a lot of pain when she walks on two legs. This drives her to move about on all fours as much as possible.
Personality: Thanks to a very traumatic past, Echo is quite possibly the most sensitive and shyest person that you could ever meet. Everyone she meets is dangerous in her eyes, and as such she's incredibly difficult to befriend or gain the trust of. Echo hardly ever speaks, and when she does she only whispers, and uses as few words as possible. She is permanently paranoid about being hurt or abused by others, and as such avoids social interaction as best she can. Echo is, however, a very empathic person, and very much an expert in being able to detect the emotions of others. if she comes across someone who is upset and who doesn't look like the sort of person who'd hurt her, she'll try to cheer them up as best they can with small gifts of possessions that Echo has picked up over time (such as shiny ob[injection]jects, flowers, small pieces of food). Echo hates the rain.
History: Echo was kept as a slave in her family's basement since the age of 5. Her parents would hit and yell at her every day, mostly gor no reason at all, telling her she was useless. When she was ten they became angry with her for some reason, though she had done nothing wrong, and chained her down there in the basement, leaving her down there to starve. She was down there for over a week, but eventually she managed to saw through the chain binding her leg to the wall (she did so using a saw that happened to be left down there), though some of it was left around her leg. She escaped the house and has lived on the streets ever since, barely scraping out a living for herself.
