Hey there! This is a Hunger Games RP. Yeah, I know, everyone is doing those. But I made another one partly because I'm too shy to barge into the middle of one that's already up and running, and partly because making the thread is my favorite part! (Besides making the character)
So you guys should know the rules. No magic, OPs, bunnying, or Mary-Sues (If you can help it).
At the beginning of Round Three, I will begin asking if anyone would like to die/be killed off. However, they will not have to leave the roleplay. They can become a random person in the districts who is watching the games, or become a Capitol citizen, such as gamemakers, sponsors, hosts, etc.
You MUST be literate. One or two slip ups are fine, but if no one can understand you, someone will politely ask you to leave. Only two tributes per district, one male, one female. Only two weaknesses and two strengths per tribute. The range of ages is from 12 to 18. Token cannot be sharp, poisonous, or dangerous in any way. The roleplay will start when at least four tributes (including mine) are registered. It will begin with the Reaping.

Name: Tressa Kerrimonth Age: 17 Gender: Female District: 10 Appearance: Above Personality: Tressa is boyish and laid-back; she has no problem handling most tough situations, though the Hunger Games are not included in those situations. She's very level-headed and good at keeping everyone calm and together, though she tends to have anger flashes when trapped and pushed to the limit. Strengths: Tressa is naturally strong with fast reflexes, and is skilled with close range combat. Weaknesses: She can't aim very well with ranged weapons, and she can't swim very fast. Token: A small wooden cow. Crush: N/A at this time. Other: N/A
Name: Chess Novark Age: 16 Gender: Male District: 4 Appearance: Above Personality: Chess is the average silent killer; he will convince a group of tributes, then maul them in their sleep. He is known for amputating the fishing dummies at home instead of just throwing spears and nets at them. He comes off as sweet and fragile, but will become a ruthless killer in just a moment's glance. Strengths: He is an amazing liar, and is skilled with various ranged weapons such as the bow, spear and net, ball and chain, etc. Weaknesses: He's frail and wiry, and will grow tired quickly from carrying something too heavy for his size. He is also terrible at making alliances that will last through the night. Token: A necklace of pearl and pure turquoise beads. Crush: N/A at this time. Other: N/A

Appearance: 
Her eyes are blueish,greenish,greyish and a blood red highlight goes from her roots to the end of her bangs,which completely cover her left eye. Personality: Shadow is very mysterious and has serious anger issues,which most fear her because of. Fights are a type of 'hobby' for her. She loves to get into
dangerous situations and finds an adventure without harm coming to her
is no fun at all. Obviously she is a violent person and will lash out at
anyone near her in times of anger,which is very frequent.
If you get to know her though,then her personality will change
completely. She will show a soft and loving side of her that a choice
few will ever see. She is a major tomboy,but likes guys,and
isn't afraid to 'get down and dirty' as you may call it. When she was
smaller she always hung with the guys and wrestled with them any time
possible,always winning the fights. Rp the rest out. Strengths: She is great with finding hiding spots and using a bow.
Weaknesses: Out in the open she is like a sitting duck and she is terrible at making alliances.
Token: A necklace with a silver howling wolf charm hanging off of it.

May I join? Name: Ember Age: 15 Gender: female District: 11 Appearance:  Personality: Ember is extremely loyal to her family. She can easily keep her cool and try to figure things out, even in the most dangerous situations. Around District 11, Ember is shy, introverted, and does her work without a peep, but when with her father in the forest, she is hostile towards the Capital and The Hunger Games. Strengths: Good survival instincts, and great with ranged weaponry Weaknesses: Isn't great with spears and swords, is not great with hilly terrain Token: a grass bracelet, interwoven with flowers

And after round two, at the beginning of round three, I will begin asking if anyone would like their character to be killed off so they can make a Capitol citizen (Sponsor, host, gamemaker, etc.). That will be the only time I will allow anyone to kill or be killed.) (I'll put these notes up with the rules so others can see.)

If that person makes a female character, which I assume they will, I'm willing to make a male character, but I will not pour my heart and soul into him, and he will not be falling in love with the first person he meets. He'll be my side character.) |

Name: Rico Thames Age: 17 Gander: Male District: 1 Appearance: Rico has pale violet hair that he got after dying it in a fad where a generation of children in district one dyed their hair to match that of Capitol fashion. He has a few lingering freckles on his nose and sea green eyes. He's of average height and is a little skinnier then most of his age. Personality: Rico is a wimp and if he had the choice, would always prefer to run from his problems rather than confront them. He's paranoid of almost every tribute, and fears that everyone's out to get him. In this case, he's completely right. Despite being afraid of all the tributes, the one thing Rico truly hates is being alone, and will often talk and interact with himself if there's no one else around. History: Rico never wanted to take part in the Hunger Games. Ask his friends and they'd probably jump for joy, but Rico? No way. When he was younger Rico was like most others of his age in his district, excited and thrilled by the very thought of the Hunger Games, 100% willing to partake. However, that completely changed when in an unfortunate training accident, he lost his right arm and had to get it replaced with a prosthetic one. Ever since then he feared the thought of training and would much rather spend his time roaming his district and picking up any trinkets he found to add them to his growing collection. When Rico found himself put up as a tribute, he got a bit freaked out. However, he thought he was safe because someone would volunteer in his place. Due to a shortage of properly trained volunteers that year, no one offered to take his place. Thus, Rico found himself unwillingly whisked away to the Capitol. Strengths: He can use his prosthetic arm to defend himself, as well as use it as a weapon. He's also great at reading people, as he would always spend time with other people rather than doing other things people his age might do. Weaknesses: He isn't particularly amazing at any type of weapon and, thanks to having a mixture of awkwardness and bluntness when talking to most people, isn't particularly likeable. Token: A bracelet with many lucky charms hanging off of it, most of them being faulty in some way, due to a soft spot for defective goods, seeing as Rico thinks of himself as defective. Crush: N/A as of now. Other: N/A
