Hikari's stomach rumbled. " I'm starving." she thought to herself. she went to the bank of the road and fell over.
The sun was shining brightly. she stared right at it. she was the only person she knew that could. not that she new many people. she lifted her hand up against the sun as if trying to grasp it, and then relaxed her arm again, so that it fell sprawled on the gra.ss next to her.
she rolled over and saw a trail of ants climbing up a log. "they're not alone." she thought to herself.

Kinteroo saw Hikari off in the distance. He then began to pop in and out of the shadows until he came out of the shadows in the treetops. He began to pull on a branch and bark like a young dog until Hikari would notice him.

Rocky heard the yelling. He decided to go see who was yelling. It was a pretty girl. He went up to her. "My name's Rocky."

The dummy shattered underneath Remael's heavy blow, sending splinters flying everywhere to burrow into the trunks of th trees surrounding his secret little glade. He wiped sweat from his brow and let out a sigh, taking a moment to watch the clouds p*censored* in the sky above. With a roll of his shoulder to loosen it, he turned back to face another dummy. Just as he was about to strike, he heard a voice yelling, female by the sound of it. Unsure of what else to do, he moved quickly towards the sound, sword in hand. The bushes and brambles lashed at his exposed upper body and he suddenly wished he had taken the time to slip his shirt on. He slowed down as he came closer, trading speed for stealth as he crept in. Glancing throuh the leaves of a an obscuring bush, he saw the source of the commotion, a fiery girl, for lack of a better deion. With another light sigh, he slipped his blade back into its scabbard at his hip and made to turn around and leave, preferably wihtout being noticed.

Lyra's voice sang out over the trees, a sweet melody that dripped with joy and bliss. She has retreated to a place far away from any heavily populated area and let her soul loose. It was horrible, containing her nature, her need to sing, and restraining herself in such a way froced her to search for a private place, like this, in order to let her natural urges free. A silly thing, she thought. As the last echoes of her song faded on the wind, Lyra smiled, satisfied. She remained on her perch, a wamr, sunny outcropping that overlooked a pond, rather than turning back immediately. She liked it out here, it was quiet, peaceful, serene. The beauty of the forest alone made her wnt to break out into song again, but she kept quiet, not wanting to strain her voice more than she already had.

Hikari got a shock from the boy who had came up from behind her and shot a small fireball  that missed him. “sorry” she whispered, then turned to face the trees. as she carefully approached them, she heard more noises. One consisted of a feminine voice, she was tempted to follow it. But being strong willed, she continued to head for the section of forest she could see. She stopped. She noticed a shadow moving away from her, and could swear that he had a sword, but she shook her head. As she entered the forest, warily, she removed the dagger from its pouch on her belt. it had the kanji for “hikari” on its handle.

She had made it with her father when she was little, of course back then it was too big for her, but now it was the right size. She lit it with flames, and un-like her head band, because she was in control of it this time, it did not burn. “If someone is there, come out now. I’m not joking anymore.” She said with authority.
