Setting A rather rundown and huge town, called Calington. Calington Has a lot of slums and ghettos. In those ghettos, rough and bulky people lurk, and turn to dog fighting for entertainment. The Dog-Fighting is held in a secluded park, called Silvergate Park. Nobody but the slumpeople enter Silvergate Park, since it's dark, dirty and dingy there. Trash is everywwhere, and wild dogs roam the park. They are the fighting dogs. They cannot escape Silvergate Park, because it is barricaded with iron gates and barbed wire when the dogfights are off. Where Dogs Live So... no prison cells, basically. The humans will be NPCs, and there will be maybe 1-3 main ones that are in charge of the dogs. Silvergate Park is kind of a free-range park for dogs. To tell in detail, there are no specific metal cages for dogs, but the only things that keep the dogs in are metal gates and barbed wires. Boxes are scattered around the park, and dogs usually sleep in them, or on the gra-ss (see my first post). They are free to wander during the times the humans aren't there. The only real metal cages will be used to store dogs inside shortly before they are tossed into the ring, which is more like a dug pit with more barbed wires. SO. IN DETAIL. No metal cages, unless your dog is about to fight.
Plot No plot yet. We're just doin' a Dog fight RP :3 Rules -No Mary/Gary Sues. I will check. -No super strong dog that can defeat everyone, etc. etc. Basically, there are limits. -No PP/GM -All Res rules apply, as usual -No pups -No instamates. -Gender ratio even. If you join with two females, make a male. If you join with 3 females, make 2 males. If you dodge this rule by making one female, then you will be forced to make a male later on if the gender ratio is still uneven. -FYI -pokes rule above- If you do just make one female, then ihu c: -Say 'omg' to join. -Only ONE wolf-hybrid per person. And nothing TOO wolfish, and say 'oh, he/she just has a bit of husky in there'. Don't -Romance and violence encouraged. say -Highlight the rules. omg -Respect everyone on this board. post -Be active. If you are not, I will rMail you. 'underpants' -Do not go more than two pages without anyone. instea --- Rather important rule: Yes, I know. The humans ruined your dog's life, and blah-dee-blah-dee-bloo. That doesn't mean that as soon as your dog sees a human, they go all Chuck Norris on them. Do NOT kill the humans, do NOT seriously wound them, and do NOT conjure up a human near your dog, saying that it's a stupid human so your dog attacked it. I'm trying to be as realistic-ish as I can on this RP, and the dogs usually fear or obey the humans, not rebel against them. Gender: F Species: She is a husky/german shepard mix Appearance: She is on the smaller side; compared to most dogs in the fights. She is slender but well built for one of her age, and is coated with a deep black fur that looks like the shadows of night. She has deep emerald green eyes that appear as venom; cold hearted and threatening. Her teeth and claws are sharpened, but her true fighting techniquie lies with her speed and agility both on and off the battlefield. Personality: Cold hearted and harsh; but can have her moments. She is menacing and cunning; often seducing her foes in order to escape danger. Her temper always gets the better of her, and she often looses it when confronted the wrong way. Somewhat independant, but wise... thinking through her actions before commiting them. She can believe she is more superior then most...making her not well liked in the rings. Physique: *point up*

She came to the fights about a year or two ago when she was captured off the streets in which she was wondering after traveling from afar. Since her capture, she had been forced into the horrid brawls that took place, as well as onlook them. She immediatley learned that the rules of Silvergate were "Kill. Or be killed." As a result; she used her speed to her advantage, taking down some canines that were twice her size... her name soon traveled from human to human until she earned the nickname "The Grim." or bringer of death. His speed is not as quick as many others, but he has a skill in fights...predicting movements of some...but so many others outsmarting. Personality: Uncaring and empty. He hardly shows emotion, unless he is snapping at an opponent or removing another from his territory. He has a sence of mystery... for he dosnt often speak. Physique: up?
History: Father was a fighter; mother was a stray. He came into Silvergate park when he was a near pup; still blind and unable to move. Suffering the beatings from older canines, he grew into a hostile competitor, learning quickly how to defend himself against others. He was raised to me a fierce killer...and is unafraid to do so. Name: Sierra Age: Young Adult Gender: Female Species: Some sort of hybrid. Has wolf in there somewhere. Other breeds unknown. Appearance:  WITHOUT BANDAGES OR MARK ON SHOULDER. :) Personality: Sweet when you get past her shell. She can be highly aggressive sometimes, and she has a cold outer exterior. Physique: Partially muscular, but she is also very swift and agile which helps. History: She once belonged to a loving family, but the father and mother said that the boy, her owner, couldn't keep Sierra anymore. The father said she'd go to a shelter. the boy kicked and screamed, but Sierra was taken away in the car. She didn't know what was happening. Instead of taking Sierra to a shelter, though, he dropped her off in the streets somewhere and she fared on her own before arriving at Silvergate Park. Crush: Nonez. OPEN! Other: Underpants... But part of his kindness still remains. Physique: Strong and has some muscles to him. He knows good battle strategies, so his quick thinking in a situation help. He's somewhat swift, too. But sometimes he's utterly stuck and can't do much but wait until the pain stops. History: He used to be a nice ol' street dog. Everybody in his town knew him. He would stop by the baker's, the baker would say hello and pat him. The guy at the meat place always gave him a bone or piece of meat. Yum. People around him always greeted him. Basically, Riker was a well-known dog. He would perform his rounds every day and then go sleep with his friend, the homeless guy. They were a duo alright. But one day, a dogcatcher came into town. Just stopping by to go to his rightful town. But he couldn't help but catch a few dogs along the way. And one was Riker. But Riker found a way to escape and soon stumbled upon Silvergate Park. Even though she is young, she doesn't bounce around like some dogs her age do. If you talk to her, she usually brushes you off. If you insist, she'll get mad and go all crazy on you. If you keep on bugging her, there's no telling what she'll do. Physique: Sakura is thin. She has long, lean muscles. She isn't very strong, but she is extremely fast and agile. History: Sakura was born a normal dog. When her elderly owner died, she was adopted by some rather rough people. Now, she fights to survive. He wants the best for her because he feels like she is his responsibility. He can be a bit too fatherly at times, but his intentions are always for the best purposes. Physique: Lake is very muscular. He has strong legs that carry him for long distances, but he isn't a very fast runner. He relies on his strength in fighting. History: Lake was born into the world of dog fighting. He was in fights at the age of eight months old. He is notorious for the pools of blood that he leaves in the ring. That's where he got the name Lake. However, Lake hates his past and is trying to turn over a new leaf by helping other dogs attempt to escape the park. Crush: Open Other: Nope

Personality: He is over-energetic and sometimes afraid of strings- thick ones in particular. Reminds him of his confinement. He sometimes wants to be the best when he sees the other dogs fighting and winning, but is frail and often just reels back. He's brave , though, and sometimes charges forward without thinking.
History: Ralphie was once a family pet, but was confined in a balcony with no shelter from the elements. As a result, he struggled free , managed to escape from the choker chain end ended up weak and tired after a few days. He squeezed through a small hole in a fence and just weakly called Silvergate his home, without considering anything at that moment. Crush: Open. Other: Omg tlood. D:< |
