 OK before you can start you have to fill a form  like this :
Pokémon : eevee 
Nature: timid        
 Age: 13  stars 
Also plz no bad language  
(Stars is just to say what it will evolve into or waves or moss or ember or metal or poison u get it)      
1 more thing you can't end someone's life only make them faint 
As for that no! Rules!
