7 Years Ago 

The sharp hiss of an Utahraptor swirled through my right ear and I spun around. My gaze was blocked with the image of long, slender fangs as the dinosaur opened its maw. The dagger-like teeth seemed to glint in the faint sunlight and the hissing sound pushed its way up the creature's mouth yet again. I winced and forced myself to freeze, but the bite did not come. As the scrawny Utahraptor swung its head around toward me, I met its yellow gaze. It closed its jaw and surprisinly, nuzzled my cheek. My trembling hand found the smooth side of his jaw and I rubbed his soft scales.

"I'll protect you."

Seven years ago, there had been rumors of dinosaurs emerging from a new crack in the Earth's crust. Glimpses were caught of them inhabiting the area around the point of escape until the entrance into our world was sealed yet again by another earthquake. Those dinosaurs that escaped were hunted down and taken to a research facility known as Location 9. Only the President and the scientists that control the research on these beasts know the whereabouts of Location 9.

The President as.sured the public that all dinosaurs had been caught and will be returned to their natural homes.

But sometimes lying is ensued to calm the people.

Dinosaurs have escaped.

Will you turn them in or strive to protect them until you can figure out if the scientist's are hurting the creatures?

.: The Utahraptor would usually be distinguished as a Velociraptor from its long snout and sharp, hooked claws. It stands on two feet and when an adult, ranged from 28-30 feet long from snout to tail. Servio is about 13 feet long and stands at about 5 feet tall. When Taylor found him, he was only 3 feet tall and 10 feet long. His scales are a light brown, almost being a tan, and have light red streaks coming off of his back. His eyes are a golden yellow and are his pupils are in slits, much like a cats. :.

.: MicroRaptors are the more evolved species of raptors. They have highly developed bone structures that make them lighter and notches in their bone structure provide for them the ability to grow feathers. On either side of their arms, they have feathers that poke out from their scaly skin and provide the skill of being able to glide. Though incapable of pure flight, fanlike feathers on the back of their tails provide excellent means of navigation through the air. When gliding, they slide their legs back and use their leg feathers to help provide an uplift through the air. The base color of Skye's feathers are a light gray, but at the tips of each feather, the material is a midnight black. His underbelly and the crest around his eyes are a deep black and the rest of his body is a dusty gray. His eyes are rain gray. :.
