The Summoning

Plot
 There are many worlds in the universe. Many worlds with many different creatures. Most are unaware of those who inhabit these worlds, some even unaware of the worlds themselves. However, there is a particular academy who is well aware of these worlds. It was created to tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">educate children of the magic of summoning those creatures of other worlds.
Familiars
Each creature is different, with different skills.
Some creatures are small and furry and others are large and scaly. A few resemble humans and other animals, while others are unlike anything humans have ever seen. They come in a shapes, sizes, and colors.
Some are fierce, and are summoned to be trained for war. Others who are more timid are skilled in other ways, such as predicting the future, reading minds, or locating missing objects. They are summoned and trained in their skills so they can help better the world.
 Each creature shares a special bond with it's master.  They are able to communicate through minds, speech, body language, or writing.  
Each tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">student  who summons a creature from another world, summons a creature that reflects their personal skill, personality, and tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">power level. This creature is the student's familiar for the next years. As the years increase, the amount of summons one can do increases. For instance, first years can only summon one creature, second years two, and third years three and so on. The number of familiars one has depends on the grade.
Abilities
Each creature possesses different abilities. They usually only have one special skill that makes them different than others, but some rare creatures have two or three. Those with more than one, only have one strong tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">power and one or two other weaker powers.
For example, a creature may be able to shift into a human and time tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">travel. The shifting being the weaker tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">power and time travel being the stronger. Another example is a creature who is able to possess other beings and slow down time.
There can only be one strong tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">power and up to two weaker powers. Also, the only ones able to control these rare creatures are gold stars.
Gold star Magic Users are very rare, most students will only be tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">silver stars.

The Summoning
To summon, one must create a summoning circle and place one's hands inside. Pressing one's hands on the ground and insert inner energy into the circle. The circle will glow and your creature will appear.If done incorrectly, say the circle was drawn a bit off, the magic user could be sent to another world. If there is a lack of tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">power needed for the summon, the circle will draw from the user's life energy and could kill him/her. That is why it is important for students not to try and tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">complete a circle above their level.

Circles
Different circles summon creatures from different worlds. Each world has two different circles, a summoning circle and a returning circle. Depending on the distance from earth, determines the world's difficulty to summon or return.

The Choosing
At the beginning of each year there is a Choosing Ceremony. This is where students summon their familiars they will be training.
Throughout the year the students will be taught different world's circles and will be able to summon from those worlds their second year and third year. First years all learn the most basic circle and summon from the same world.
Rules

3. The number of familiars your charry has depends on the grade
4. Inform me if you will be absent for a period of time, otherwise I will assume you have quit and move on. Please inform me if you quit.
5. No more than two charries per person
6. Be literate. If I don't think you are literate enough, you will not be accepted. If I don't know of your level, I may ask for a sample.

Ability:
 This familiar is able to look into one's memory, however, the ability
isn't out of control and doesn't works instantly upon touch, it is a lot
 more intricate than that, well more or less. Finnin is able to look
through one's memory by aligning the orb at the end of his tail on one's
 spinal cord. The person he is stealing the memories from hardly
realizes what he is doing, though it is quite evident to
a bystander, for the orb on his head changes colors with the type of
emotion from the memory he is seeing.

Name: Sephyr Dust

Personality Sephyr
 is an interesting character. On the outside, she seems shy and
reluctant to get to know anybody. She seems distant and cold, unable to
muster even the slightest emotion. On the inside, she is actually very
kind, but she is not very good at expressing herself and doesn't know
how to speak to people. Once she has a good friend, she will be loyal to
 the end and she becomes very talkative and outgoing to that person, but remains quiet towards others.
Appearance

History She comes from a slightly poorer family than most, but luckily a rich uncle helped pay for her tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">tuition
 so she could go to school. Before she turned 14, she hadn't heard about
 the school and she couldn't understand why she had gills on the side of
 her neck and could breathe in water. When she turned 14, she got a
letter in the mail that told her about the school in a very vague
manner. When Sephyr told her parents, they said no... for two years.
Finally, they got the money and let her go to the school, but she is now
 more on the older end of the 10th year student.

 She is very haughty and tends to turn her nose up at anything
"peasanty" like poorly-made clothes or something like that. When in
fairy form, she likes to sit on Sephyr's shoulder and whisper nasty
things about people into her ear.

Personality:
 Yukiya is rather shy and keeps to himself. He doesn't make the best
grades, and he struggles with his studies. He often zones out in class,
sometimes even falling asleep. Yukiya daydreams a lot and often doesn't
know what others are talking about, even if they are talking to him.
Appearance
History:
 Both of his parents are Two Stars. He lives a quite normal life of an
only child who is spoiled rotten by his two dotting parents. He is not
full of himself, for he knows he isn't even mediocre, and is rather shy.
 He
 is a One Star, but he is just glad he has a ranking and isn't a No
Star. So he isn't too disappointed, but rather relieved. He didn't know
how he could face his parents if he was a No Star.

Name: Syuin
Gender: Female
Age: unknown
Personality:
 Syuin is just as shy as her master. She often disappears and hides
herself with her ability to avoid others. She is completely comfortable
with Yukiya, but is unable to communicate with others at all.
Appearance
Ability: Invisibility. She is able to turn herself invisible, along with those she has physical contact with.
Other: She uses body language to communicate.

Grade: 12
Personality:
 Eiichi is a very stubborn boy. When someone tells him he can't do
something, he sees to it that he gets it done. He never quits, and
despises others who do things halfheartedly.
He receives high grades
and is the president of the student council. He makes sure no one breaks
 the rules, and enforces them. He is not very social, but most know of
him nonetheless.
Appearance
History:
 His father was a Gold Star and his mother was a No Star. His family on
his father's side consists of many Gold Star Summoners who tell him he
could not surpass them because he carried No Star blood in him. He
proved them wrong by ranking with his own gold star and making high
grades.
His father's family give him a hard time, but it only makes
him strive for perfection. He can at times go overboard, and is rather
harsh on himself and others, but most times his family is what is making
 him so great.

Personality:
 Yuin is very loyal and protective of Eiichi. He follows him around
constantly, guarding him. He doesn't speak much, even though he is able
to telepathically.
Appearance
Ability:
 Yuin is able to control the fire element, so much to the point he can
even become the very flames himself. He can breathe fire and even
command flames that exist outside of his body. The element that consumes
 everything it touches is completely under his control.
Other: He is afraid of water.

Name: Kai

Age: unknown
Personality:
 Kai is very outgoing, a social butterfly. He talks to everyone, and is
quite popular, even for a beast. It seems many forget he is a familiar
when talking to him, and feel as if his personality better suits a
human. Kai always wears a smile, and talks to others passionately.
Appearance
Ability:
 He commands animals. He is a half-beast himself, so he can communicate
with both humans and creatures. Although, that alone isn't his ability.
He can convince creatures to listen to his commands, almost like a
hypnotism. However, unlike hypnotism, the creatures still have their
instinct and their mind. He just adds a suggestion.

Name: Nihon
Gender: Male
Age: unknown
Personality:
Appearance
Ability:
 He is a dragon. He enjoys his human image, so he tends to confine
himself in that form. He has the ability to shift back and forth between
 human and dragon. Also he is able to freeze water and breathe ice.
He
 has two abilities in a way. His weaker power being able to shift into a
 human, and his stronger ability being able to control ice.

Other: He is able to communicate with writing. He cannot talk.


SOUDA (another creature possibly added)
Name - Tobias York

Gender - Male

Age - 18

Grade - 12



Personality - Tobias is quick-witted and calculating, anticipating
every possible outcome before he actually does something. While this may
 leave him undecided on his next course of action,
 he relies on fast decision making so as to never seen stumped in front
of his comrades. He is not a friendly person in the least, and usually
only does things for other if he stands to gain something from it. This
does not mean that he can't care for someone or something without tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">reward - it's just incredibly rare for him to do so. 



Appearance - Tobias is very tall and very thin. His short dark hair,
 highlighted blonde, is usually spiked. One ear is pierced once with a
small hoop that matches his light tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">silver
 eyes. His choice of clothing is not what one would expect of a renowned
 biologist's son; dark, muted colors, heavy black boots, tank tops, thick leather wristbands, and eyeliner - essentially he's a punk. With a goatee. He has a goatee.



History - Tobias was raised by his father, a famous biologist who
specialised in the mechanics of flight in living beings. As such, he has
 always been fascinated with anything that has wings - however, they
also capture his imagination because of their ability to quickly escape
danger. This wasn't a factor until he was twelve, when his father, drunk
 as hell and still sipping from a bottle of whiskey, came home one night
 and beat his son to near death. Tobias was only able to crawl to the tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">phone and call for help because Dr. York slipped in a puddle of alcohol he had spilled. 



Taken from his home, Tobias was moved from family to family, never getting too close to any particular one. The last foster home
 he was placed in had a graduate of the summoning academy and saw
potential in Tobias. Through pulling a few strings, they managed to get
the boy registered just before tle="Click to Continue > by Text-Enhance">classes started for freshman year.

Other - He has a hobby of making stuffed animals - granted they'te grotesque and would possibly give children nightmares, but still. He tries.

Gender - Female

Age - Young, about the equivalent of Tobias' age



Personality - Despite her appearance, Chihiro is a timid creature.
She's clever, and has a figurative silver tongue. This preferred method
of flight over fight has saved her skin numerous times. She knows when
to be grateful and when she must step up, though she has a deep-seated
fear of speaking out.



Appearance - Chihiro is small and a very dark purple, almost feline
in appearance with tiny black wings. Her overall make is something akin
to a plush toy, with round, shiny blue eyes that resemble buttons. Her
mouth is lined with large, sharp teeth and a forked tongue.



Ability - Chihiro has limited power over shadows. Aside from bending
 them into fearsome shapes, she can also momentarily blind enemies with
solidified darkness.

Name - Nol

Gender - Male

Age - Very young, barely old enough to communicate effectively.



Personality - Nol is the polar opposite of Chihiro. He is loud,
rude, and can be quite obnoxious. He's usually in a good mood, however,
and loves to sing sweet songs as entertainment.



Appearance - Resembling a silvery blue dove, Nol's feathers are
actually fur right up until it changes to soft feathers at the wings.
His smoky legs are thick and strong, tapering to four bright white
talons. His elegant tail and a  rim of spiky feathers around each of his
 white eyes range from olive green to deep indigo.



Ability - Nol has the power of limited control using song. This
abilities varies, but usually consists of disorientation, narcolepsy,
and deafness - all of which are very temporary.
