Introduction:
    There was once a forbidden war that was kept secret from humans. This war slowly crumbled cities, tore apart countries, and dissolved the human population. Many were caught up in this secret, forever battling simply to survive, and yet the ones who were ignorant continued to live in these battlefields. Governments kept the war a secret: after all, who would want to live in a city where you could fall dead to the ground at any second of your life? For a long time, infected cities were blocked off: no one entered, no one left. And the poor citizens who were trapped in their own home slowly came to death- one way or another- until the city finally crumbled.
    Not everyone accepted death so willingly, however. Humans attempted desperately to fight for survival, no matter how large the vampire population was becoming. This brings us to one particular urban city. Some say it's a lost cause, and others believe that there's a chance. Even being blocked off from the rest of the world, these humans retaliate with great hopes of living and succeeding. After all, it was the human race at stake.


Setting:
    This plot takes place in an old, long abandoned city. It's full of crime, dark alleys, and terrible creatures that come out at night. Violence is very frequent between many races. One day you'll find a human corpse sucked dry, or a vampire being beaten to a pulp, and nobody thinks twice about robbery here, because, after all, anything and everything happens. Everybody is trapped in this city and they fight daily just for food and shelter.


The Species:

    The Human Side:
Humans:// Humans are weak and therefore shouldn't be on the top of the food chain anymore, right? Well, they don't think so, and they don't take kindly to becoming prey. They don't have many abilities, yet sometimes you can find some skilled zombie hunters and shapeshifters among them.

Elves:// These guys are impressed at what the humans have managed to do in just a few thousand years. They have pointed ears and are excellent at bow-and-arrow. Half of their population are even skilled in elemental magic, too.


    The Vampire Side:
Vampires:// Everybody knows the classic vampires, and they're pretty sick of living in the dark. Time for a revolution! These guys have some fangs, awesome night vision, and tend to be fast. They even have a scary other form with elongated clawed hands. Watch out for them.

Demons:// They like to cause harm just to cause harm, making them the perfect candidates to team up with vampires. Make a contract with one of these guys and you can have anything you want, but with a heavy price. Depending on the type of demon, they can have many, many different abilities.


    The Grey Side:
Werewolves:// They really don't care about the war and act as if it's not even there. Every now and then you'll find a werewolf fighting on either side, as long as they're being benefited somehow. They have the ability to shift into a wolf at any time and are insanely strong.

It's not mandatory to fill out everything, although I would appreciate it if you give everyone
enough information to work with. c: A picture is not required.

The Human Side:

Humans.

Name: Unknown. They call him "Ace".
Age: Eighteen.
Species: Human.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Ash blond hair that curls at random places. Almost a "bed head" look. Green eyes.
Personality: First impressions are everything to him. He likes to bump into situations without thinking about them and often comes up with odd ideas to keep his life interesting and fast-paced. Ace isn't lazy, but tends to go with the flow, and even in life or death situations he can't be serious.
Weapon of Choice: He likes to carry light weapons. Ace has his father's old machete, which he keeps with him for dear life.
History: Ace's twin brother succumbed to a vampire. Because of this, he hasn't ever really been the same.

Name: Kevia Bane
Age: Seventeen
Species: Human (More or Less)
Gender: Female
Appearance:Kevia has short blonde hair that was once a pixie cut, but her hair stylist died several years earlier, so it's been grown out. She has emerald green eyes that tend to narrow when she's angry.
Personality: Kevia Bane is cynical and doesn't tend to enjoy anything cliche. She tends to be abrasive and narcissistic, but she has her moments. She dislikes being complimented for things she's not proud of. It's not like she was born a thief or a warlock... Oh, and she's highly impulsive, and deceitful.
Weapon of Choice: Kevia carries two daggers, and an empty pistol for intimidation reasons, nothing more. However, she has a peculiar power from a deal that she made with the desire demon, Sitri. From the base of her palms roots a bizarre eldritch energy. It takes the form of an airy, almost-liquid blood type energy that boils the skins of her victims to a degree. So far, it hasn't failed to keep her safe from vampires. The conditions of the deal are below.
History: Kevia was born in the shut-down city, and raised among the dirtier folks of the town. Her parents were well-respected in the community, or at least she was told. They, like many other of their rag-tag criminal types, didn't last very long. To tell the truth, no one was even positive who her parents were. Either way, she learned quickly, and has been thieving and pick-pocketing since she was little. Some might call her a coward, but she dislikes face to face combat, and prefers to lurk in the shadows and wait to stab someone in the back. When she was fifteen, she was beaten up real bad by some of her peers, including someone she had thought of as her friend. She had never felt so incapable in her life, and as she lay bleeding and in pain in a dark alley, a demon approached her. Sitri offered to heal her, and that she would never be weak again, in exchange for one thing... her soul. Kevia accepted, and discovered her power shortly after. Sitri has yet to use her soul, but if she destroys it, Kevia will die and be impossible to resurrect, and Kevia knows that. She tends to stay out of conflicts involving demons.

Elves.

Name: Duke Axe.
Age: Apparently, old. no one is sure.
Species: Elf.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Duke is known for his wild, dark blonde hair. It sticks up in random places and usually looks unbrushed, with a random dreadlock that happens to be the longest part of his hair. The rest barely touches the end of his chin. Gray-blue eyes that sometimes turn teal and a scarred right arm.
Personality: He is actually very corrupted and dishonest for an elf. Duke is known for his ruthlessness and arguable nature, and it's easily seen how bad he has anger issues.
Weapon of Choice: Duke dabbles in the black magics, mostly death and illnesses. After an accidental backfire, he now has the ability for his right hand to steal physical issues from another and cause his body to embrace them; his left hand inflicts that pain.
History: Duke was banned from his home for using black magics, which caused him to go into hiding with the human population.

Vampires.

Name: Sinth Miller.
Age: 258 years.
Species: Vampire.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: An odd brown that actually appears gray sometimes, which he styles in the typical "scene kid" fashion. He has one green eye and one brown. He's lanky in stature.
Personality: Sarcastic and bitter and nature, Sinth always manages to repel other people. He distrusts everyone who isn't him and doesn't like to bind himself to rules.
Weapon of Choice: None.
History: Even though he was forcefully bitten and turned into a vampire, he doesn't really care about anything. Sinth doesn't actually drink the blood of humans (he prefers small animals) but he does fight for his species.

Name: Gemini Dubois.
Age: 23.
Species: Vampire.
Gender: Female.
Appearance: Gemini has cocoa tinted hair that is usually high up in a ponytail, and even in that state, her hair gets the best of her. It has a slight wave to it that falls around her face. Damp brown eyes.
Personality: She's very impatient, more or less. Gemini can be very jumpy and paranoid at times.
Weapon of Choice: She doesn't like to use many of her vampire advantages and likes to come off as humanly as possible. Gemini often carries a crowbar with her, as silly as that sounds.
History: Gemini was actually born in the city. She was bitten to die and ended up having a rebirth the next day, as soon as full blown attacks happened all around the place. The girl doesn't actually mind being what she is or the side she's on, because all she wants to do is live, and she rather be accepted by her kind than be executed terribly by the vampires.

Werewolves.

Name: Richard Posun.
Age: Nineteen.
Species: Werewolf.
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Ash brown hair that is spiky. It falls around his face. Richard as icy blue eyes.
Personality: Richard hates liars, so it's in his nature never to do so, however he cleverly avoids the truth a lot. He's very selfless and quirky for his species, but can also be secretive and closed off at times. Mood swings are often.
Weapon of Choice: He doesn't use weapons, and tends to shift into his wolf form often.
History: Richard hates vampires with a burning passion. He is actually a survivor from a past city like the one he is in now, and seems to be stuck in the same situation again. He has no hope for living, but still attempts to survive anyway.
