You've probably heard of vampires, werewolves, faeries, witches, mutations, and many other things. But what if you lived in a town where all of this existed? What if there was such thing as a vampire and faerie hybrid? Or a witch and vampire hybrid? Could there be an animal and faerie hybrid, like a cat faerie (faerie with some cat traits). Here you can be anything you want. The ones listed in the plot are characters that are needed.
Now here is some info about the town (you may act out the people in the plot if you want, unless someone already made that character in the plot their character):
Mad Scientist
Person acting him out (made him their character): Ash
In the town, there is a scientist who likes to mix animal DNA into humans to see the outcome. He doesn't kidnap, instead he sets up traps. If you get caught it one, be prepared. Overnight while you're sleeping he'll inject animal DNA into you.
If you are a vampire or some kind of creature that does not sleep and gets captured, he'll still inject it into you.
If you want to be mixed with animal DNA, well go to his lab and he'll happily inject whatever animal DNA you want to be injected into you.
Animal Center

This center has all sorts of abandoned or creatures that need a home. They have creatures such as dragons, flying cats, giant mice, and much more!
Sadly, the woman is terrified of vampires and werewolves (she is human) and will not let them adopt animals unless she trusts them.
Vampire Castle

This Castle isn't exactly in the town, but it is in the woods near the town. In it live the King and Queen vampires.
The Queen isn't fully vampire. She is a vampire and faerie hybrid. She was once a faerie, but the King bit her before they married, and instead of turning her into a vampire, she became a vampire and faerie hybrid which gave her the traits of both creatures.
She has the power to control magic because of her faerie traits (spells, transforming, etc.). Somehow she can throw pink energy balls (looks like a pink ball of lightning/electricity and light). She also has super speed and super strength due to being half vampire.
She had pink wings, but now they are red with black on the the edges due to her being half vampire. She has pink hair and her skin is smooth. Her skin is pale (one of her vampire traits). She has fangs, but does not drink blood from humans unless they want to be a vampire. She usually eats regular food like humans.
The King feeds on blood often and visits the town often. The queen keeps telling him not to drink human blood, but he doesn't listen. He wishes that the Queen (his wife) would stop eating human food and instead drink blood. He also doesn't like the fact that since she is half faerie and half vampire (she was born as a faerie, and was bitten) she has the kindness and generosity of a faerie and because she is kind and generous, every time she spots him drinking blood she tries to stop him. He also is trying to find a pink dragon egg for his wife, for she dreams of having one.
The king has blonde hair and is fully vampire. His skin is pale and he has very sharp fangs.
He has super speed and super strength, and he likes to bite humans who anger him.
I think I over explained the Queen. o_o
Werewolf Castle
Person acting out the King and Queen Werewolves: None.
Here lives the King and Queen werewolves. The castle is in the woods and is hard to find. I shall not explain about the king and queen werewolves. Why? Because i'm not acting them out and it isn't good to decide how they will look for someone else.
Pixie Garden
There is a Pixie garden where pixies live. The pixies are small and naughty. They might be naughty, but they don't intend harm upon anyone. Sometimes they give small berries to people who come and visit them.
These berries are colorful and are very sweet. Eating them allows you to forget you worries for a while and only think of good things. People usually eat it when they are depressed or in a bad mood for this reason.
The pixies feel close to faeries, fairies (faeries are human sized while fairies are small), and are close to other pixies too. Since the vampire queen is half faerie (and was once a faerie) they feel attached to her and love when she visits them.
The pixies often play hide-and-seek with humans who visit their garden. The pixies also like to take one the human's belongings and run around with it and only give it back if the human catches the pixie.
Magic Shop

There is a magic shop in the town. It looks creepy, but some people enter it to learn about magic or learn spells. A wizard owns this shop. Also once a week, the wizard in the shop attempts to do spells, and it isn't shocking when odd noises come from the shop on this day.
Ghost Graveyard

The ghost graveyard is a graveyard where ghost wander. You can interact with them if you have the bone necklace, which you can get from the man guarding it by earning his trust.
It appears that the ghost graveyard is foggy and has mist everywhere, but the mist is actually ghosts if you look closely. Occasionally the ghosts leave the graveyard and wander around the town at night.
Beware, if you anger one of the ghosts, they might haunt you, and even try killing you. The ghosts here aren't so friendly either, so angering them is one bad idea. Now we wouldn't want that, would we?
Town Square
The town square has a fountain and a few benches. It is the perfect place to relax. People like to throw coins into the fountain, which is why the fountain has a lot of coins (mostly pennies) in it.
Dragon Cave
This cave is near the town. In the cave are orphaned baby dragons and dragon eggs. For some odd reason there are no adult dragons in here. Also the dragons here can talk.
In order to get in the cave you must be able to break the wall of light blocking the cave entrance. Wizards, witches, faeries, and all sorts of magic users attempted to break the wall of light, but failed.
Occasionally people would see baby dragons trying to get out of the cave, as if they wanted to be free. If they saw someone, they'd make noises and try to get their attention. It's as if they are saying, "Please take me home. Don't leave me here."
Some people think that the only way to break the wall is show how much you care for animals, or show that you will not intend harm upon the dragons.
Armory Shop

The armory shop is perfect for anyone who wants to fight, or hunt down a creature/monster of some sort. The weapons are expensive, however.
Undergound maze
Supposedly a legend, this maze is scattered with the skeletons of those who ventured in and never found their way out. Dangerous creatures are said to lurk in the deepest corners. Entrances are scattered all over the town, including ones in Vampire and Werewolf Castles, Ghost Graveyard, and Magic shop.
Abandoned Jail
Old jail once said to hold terrible criminals. Now all thats left is its crumbling walls and a few ghosts of the inmates. Don't stay in here for too long. You never know what might happen.
Magical Lake
The Magical Lake is, well..... magical. It is said that swimming or drinking from it will heal you. Some people claim to have had better luck after swimming in, and they also claim that they feel relaxed and cannot think of bad things temporarily.
If you have ideas of what I should add please tell me. Oh and i'll add more later. Also you do not have to use the characters in the plot.
