So, I thought it would be really cool to do a roleplay based on gods. No, not the Greek ones, or the Roman, or the Native American deities.
No, I thought it would be fun to create gods, and roleplay them.
Now, this might not sound like a very original idea, and perhaps it's not--but doesn't it sound fun?
And that's how this little thread came to be--and where you come in. I'd like to do a small group roleplay centered around four gods [One for each of four members]. I was thinking there could be a problem of some sort, a journey, and a dusting of romance thrown in--of course, with a backdrop of if-I-fall-for-you-the-whole-universe-could-be-thrown-out-of-balance. <3
I only have the merest inklings of ideas for a plot, so if you'd like to join, please throw out suggestions.
This would be a strictly four-person roleplay, please. That way, if romance does happen, no one's left out [sorry if this seems unrealistic...but does that make sense?].
I have no problem with any orientation of the pairings, but if someone else in the roleplay does, let's not make a fuss, m'kay?
On gods
Since there would presumably be only four of us, and since it will make things a bit more interesting, the gods can be the deities for more than one thing. For instance, my character idea is to create the god of insanity, but have him also be the pagan god of parties, masks, and perhaps thieves. Each god could also have an animal form [perhaps a god of the hunt could be a shapeshifter?], and maybe a direction of which their power is strongest [North, South, East, West].
How does that sound for a roleplay? Too...godly? /shot for pun.
Anyways, I'd love to do this sort of a roleplay. If you're interest, please try to be literate, post consistently, and contribute to the plot/setting. And that's just about all there is~ Thanks for taking a look. <3
