I was trying to follow the purple strip at the top of the screen that was telling me I needed to create a character. But when I clicked on 'Click Here' it took me to a screen that said Error! Your Username Cannot be Changed. Does anyone know what is going on? If so, help!

That sounds like some sort of glitch :/ I'd recommend sending in a support ticket which can be found by leaving forums, going to Rmail and then Support Tickets. Explain in as much detail as you can and if you managed to get screenshots, put those in as well :3
