I used to play Rescreatu many years ago. Upon trying to come back, I used my username (Argylius) but I couldn't login no matter what. What's going on here? And how do I access my account? I do not remember the password to the Argylius account. And I'm not sure how this Skrach username got assigned to my email that I didn't give out.

Include as much detail as you can

One time I actually did try that but gave up as I couldn't login anyway, and got no response. Probably because I wasn't logged in. But without remembering the password I used, and after trying all the passwords I commonly use... The situation doesn't look too good.

I realize what must've happened. The account Argylius is using a really
old email that is deactivated and unaccessable unless reactivated. I tried using that old email with the 'reset password'
 feature and it said an email was successfully sent to it.

Is there some way to remotely change my password? I've sent a support ticket
