I do have a question.... I'm rather new, only a couple of weeks. But the Easero I have has the option of "Pluck the feathers".... what does this mean?

It's from the easter event this year. There was a part of the quest that required you to have an easero feather, and that was the way you could obtain the item to move forward in the quest.
The easero feathers looked like this:


I guess they just forgot/never got rid of the option to pluck the feathers or didn't remove the link ^^
