Are you waiting the required time? Eggs don't automatically incubate to 100% right after you click it; it depends on the egg you pick up. It can take up to 90 minutes for an egg to fully incubate.
Also your internet browser may not be very good. Do you use Internet Explorer? If so, that may be the problem. Try using Firefox or Google Chrome. :)
I'm not sure if that's what's wrong, but try waiting around a bit and seeing if the percentage goes up, or using a different browser. If it doesn't start working, I'd suggest sending a Support Ticket explaining what's wrong [ But I strongly suggest that you try the other two methods, or even asking around the Shout Box, if it's available to you of course ( because you have to be over thirteen ) ;w; ]. Staff should fix that right up for you. C:
