I'll try to answer all of your questions as concisely as I can. Please let me know if you need more explanation on anything!
1: what in the world is bump? Bumping refers to moving a thread up to the top of the forum page. Threads are listed in order of the most recent reply, so posting a reply in your own thread will move the thread to the top of the page and more people will see it. So, people will often post replies that just say "bump" to get their thread to the top of the page.
2: how do I know someone isn't lying when they say they'll give me this if I win their contest? We rely on an honor system for these types of things. Entering contests and raffles does require some risk on your part, so be prepared to assume that risk if you want to take part in such events.
3:what is up with the creepy zenerix? If you're referring to the undead Zenirix, this is an effect that you can put on certain pets. The undead effect can be achieved by using an item called "Curse of the Undead" to resurrect your Creatu from the graveyard. To find pets that are eligible to receive this effect, please visit the Pet Directory located here: http://www.rescreatu.com/petinfo/ 4: When did they come up with "helpers" and what do they do? Helpers, a.k.a. Assistants, were brought onto the staff team at the beginning of this year. We are here to help new and returning users with any questions they have, engage the community, and make sure everyone is having a great, non-confusing time here on Rescreatu!
5: Do all creatu have a fluffy mutant thing? Every Creatu has a mutant counterpart. Mutant Creatu are usually hatched from spoiled eggs, but there is a tiny chance to hatch one from a fresh egg as well. To view all of the mutant pets, please visit the Pet Directory linked above.
6: How long till people will answer my email to rescreatu? This depends on the situation. The support team does their absolute best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. Until then, we thank you for your patience!
7: I want to be staff ( I always have) but,now I have to wait forever till I can and sense I was banned I have the smallest chance of actually making it right? You should not feel discouraged because of a past mistake. There's always a chance for redemption, and each applicant is given due consideration.
8: did I make the thread thingy right? You did in fact create your thread correctly! If you need any more guidance regarding posting in the forums, please let me know and I'll do my best to help.
9: how long till the parties are back? As of now, there are no plans to bring parties back, though we do appreciate your feedback.
10: I changed my mouth but, it didn't change why? In order for changes to take effect, you must click the "Save" button after you're finished. If this isn't working for you, please click the "Repair" button and try again.
