also i'm kinda confused about how to buy clothing and stuff. i also took a survey to get credits but i haven't recieved any yet. i have a bunch of eggs but it won't let me hatch them. is there a way to buy more hatching slots? anyone willing to help please message me

It seems like you have figured out how to put your clothing on so I will skip that advice.

To hatch your eggs you must first incubate them. Once they have reached 100% incubated you can then hatch them with the greatest chance of success. Merchants can only hatch up to one egg a day and Ranchers can hatch 3.
