I notice you are knew and in your blog you were asking how to rmail.

Rmail:
When you are viewing everywhere but the forums, you can see your human avatar, your pet,  and other link below in all on your left hand side.

Under your Human Avatar/Account Information there will be a button that says: "Rmail"
Click that and it will send you to the mailing section.
