As to your question, there was a battle arena in Version 1 of Rescreatu but it got taken down because of something xD Some people do pay extra for high stats, you just gotta find them. I think the battle arena will return in Version 3 of Rescreatu, but you'll probably have to ask a staff member to confirm.

Raenia: Training does increase your stats, although currently the Training System is being recoded. We do not know when it'll be re-released and whether it will be before, or with the Battle System. Like Sophie said, there was a battle system in V1, but wasn't in V2 when I was around. A new battle system is being coded for V3, so just be patient.
Kawaiihawaii: Explore > Reiflem > Otroe Circle (The purple dome near the bottom left) > Grave Yard. You will need a Resurection Potion to revive it.
