This should be in the support section, but yes.

You can either make the pet you'd like to feed your active pet and then manually feed them an item from your inventory. (Click "use item" on any food item.)

Or you can use the food pen, that automatically feeds your pet one food item everyday. All you have to do is put food it every so often.
