Well, first thing's first, you can tell the rarity of your Creatu's color by clicking Creatu list in the hatchery. Any color below albino is either dye kit or gained by other means.
Seasonal eggs can only be found certain times of the year, and you're given 48 hours once you begin. You can hunt for Iluvu right now and to start you click Iluvu Egg Hunt at the top. They're found on Reiflem.
Thank you for telling me that :) I was gonna start the hunt for the Iluvu egg but with my slow internet I was afraid I wasn't going to find it... So how about food, where do I get that?

Devil. Food can be found in "Games"/"Apple tree", under the navigation menu on your left. :3 If you head to your profile and select a pet, you can pick one apple for each pet every day. And then of course, you can always head to the shops, and buy food from the butchery and other food stores. <3
