Ok.. So I want to make an art contest BUT I dont have anything that I can offer as a prize that would make people WANT to join... I dont know what I should do... Can you guys help me with some suggestions?

If you want quality entries, you'll have to save up for a good prize. CS eggs, 2 NCJBs, an albino should all get you some decent entries. Of course, 10mil in pure would probably be more effective.
