I got banned, for a reason I don't know of, so I asked some people what to do, they said rmail staff. Though I am suspended from rmailing too. Then I tried posting a message replying to them, but then it said I was banned from the chat box for 3 days. They also told me to create a new account and contact them from there, but I'm not sure if you can have more than 1 account. What should I do?
I think you can have another account, but you would probably have to use another email address. Use a real one though. My friend did a made up one and then she forgot her p*censored*word. Her user was resrocks1997. She had tons of rare pets. This is why you shouldn't do a fake email. Or you can wait a few days until your account is back to normal.
