Begging is against the rules. On Res, you have to work for your pets. http://www.rescreatu.com/rules.php It's a good idea for new users to read the Rules over a few times, so they know what is and isn't allowed on Res.
The Uldavian pets are very hard to get, you'll have to work hard for them and it'll take a lot of time. In order to get them, you have to do Kir's Quest, which you can find in the Quests portion of the Games. It takes around 40 points (I forget the exact number) to get the RSTU001, and 120 to get the Ivik. Good luck.
Most likely no one is going to help you get the pets for your quest, unless you team up with someone and do the quest together to split the Ivik eggs at the end.
You can get Tu without selling things by playing Games, although the profit from that is very minimum by Res standards. If you want to get serious money, you're going to have to sell (good) pets/items or do the Stock Market.
