Yes, I am fundraising for my Relay For Life team, Extinction! I would really appreciate any donations that come my way, because I am a terrible fundraiser, but I really want to contribute to the American Cancer Society's cause.

Team goal: $3000

My goal: $100 47/100

But why stop at $100? The more I get, the better!

Why Donate?

Many people have been touched by losing a family member to some form of cancer or have lost their life to this horrible disease. Extinction, and many other Relay For Life teams, are raising money for cancer research to, hopefully soon, find a cure for cancer. There is no feeling more impowering than that that comes with joining the fight against cancer, whether it be with just a small donation, or by joining a team. Every little bit counts, so please don't hesitate to help out!

Why Do I Do It?

1. I have lost some family members to cancer.
2. Breast cancer runs on my mom's side of the family. Hopefully it will not get to my mom, sister, or me.
3. My dad has a growth in his lung, we don't know if it is cancerous or not.
4. It just feels so awesome to take part in this event and help to bring an end to cancer!
5. I'm going to be honest, it's also to work up volunteer hours for the National Honors Society, which I desperately need. ^_^;
