tle="" href="http://gpxplus.net/">GPX+ is the main Pokemon Adoptable Site on the net. tle="" href="http://pokefarm.org/">PokeFarm.org is another big one, but I've never played it.As for Pokemon "Virtual Worlds" (usually called RPGs) there are a bunch. After the Original Pokemon RPG, Pokemon Crater, shut down, quite a few rip offs showed up on the net, a lot of them looking like they ripped off PC's entire code and layout. Just Googling Pokemon RPG will get you quite a few results, none of them quite as good as PC though. ;ctle="" href="tpmrpg.net/">The Pokemon Moon is actually a site Patrick owns, so I'll link you for that. For others, just Google Pokemon RPG.

Pokemon GPX+ - as said above this is the most popular one and probably one of the best quality(Pokefarm is basically pretty much a crappy rip off of it, not that I can forbid you from trying it).
Virtuadopt - Don't let the name confuse you it IS a pokemon adoptables site
Click Critters(formally Pokeplushies), this one is not Pokemon aimed which is why they changed the name of the site but it contains pokemon adoptables
V-dex - a pokemon adoptable site/trainer adventure game
Poliwager Adoptables - A small and probably one of the least known pokemon adoptable community but pretty good.
PKMNS - a baby site that needs development and lacks in activity but worth a try.
