I have a manga picture off someone's tumblr page. it looks like it might be hilarious but..i can't read it XD I COULD pay for a translation but it's just a single page so i'd only pay..maybe 50k.

If it's Kanji that would be an absolute pain in the butt to do. Japanese isn't like languages that use Latin letters. You can't just type it in, you'd have to find a computer symbol for every Kanji symbol and feed it into the translator.
I've tried translating Japanese from images. It doesn't work. I've tried hunting through lists of Kanji symbols for matches, and have even attempted to use Kanji to Romaji recognition software and write in the symbols by hand.
If it was Katakana or Hirigana, it'd be a different story, as those aren't as complex as Kanji.
Asian languages - or any language that doesn't use latin letters - are especially difficult to translate just because the symbols themselves can have meanings other than their exact translation.
You really have to know the language to translate them.
You might try figuring out what the manga is and then see if you can find an English version. If you can't tell from the Tumblr post, then pull up Google images and drag and drop your image into the search bar. This'll do a reverse image search and should tell you some details about it. Might even give you an English version in the results for similar images if you're lucky. P:

oh wow yoshi i didn't know that! i'll try that. if it doesn't work i'll ping the picture at fox. i did a bit of looking on katakana and hirigana and it looks like the picture is in hiragana...
edit: that was a very short search it looks like this is a fanmade manga page or something since it didn't turn up a whole book.. sending the picture to fox.
Unfortunately I can't even begin to attempt to translate it. X.x Hiragana/Katakana I could probably give you a very foreign sounding translation, but there's too much Kanji mixed in, and some of the symbols are so small I couldn't even use a book to compare them, I'd have to actually know the language, like someone who knows English could understand a pretty small/poorly written word based on contex and just general appearance of the lettering.
