Finally got internet on my wii, I'm HR 50 and will to hunt pretty much anything ( though I dislike hunting brute wyverns, and I HATE barioth, with its fast spammy attacks, thats my job >:( *uses SnS*)
If you're higher HR I'm up for an ala hunt, though I haven't successfully killed a deviljho yet (though I haven't really tried more then twice)
If you are a lower HR I would be happy to help you out with any quests you have :D

Do you mean Monster Hunter 3? o: I think I saw this in a store one day, but the review I read didn't make it seem like I'd enjoy it, so I didn't buy it.

What's it like? o:

Its pretty fun, I would recommend it
The graphics are pretty good too. The only way I can describe it is its like a boss battle where you tangle with a huge beast and try to take down, in most cases before 50 minutes. You can only be knocked out 3 times before you fail the quest. Sometimes you may also be required to capture the beast, which can be a little trickier. As you have to weaken it and read its body movements so you know when to put down a trap. Killing a monster during a capture quest will cause you to fail. When the quest simply says to "hunt" the beast, you can kill or capture it, this type of quest is seen often. All of the monsters, even the small minor ones have different behavior patterns and tendencies. Knowing these can help you avoid getting hit by their powerful attacks and tell how healthy or tired they are. You do not level up in the game but rather you make better gear and weapons that are upgraded. Offline you have somewhat of a story line and you complete a fair amount of quests to complete it. Though the major stuff is online. There are more powerful versions of the monsters which drop better stuff for better gear when you pass a certain point and there are two pretty darn difficult monsters that are only online. (though there is one only on offline) If you are playing online each quest completed will give you points towards your hunter rank, commonly abbreviated as HR. Each time you gain roughly 10 levels you have to do an urgent quest in order to move on to the next set of quests that lower ranks cannot do. Once you pass HR 30, you can fight more power full versions of the monsters that drop + stuff instead of normal which allows higher level gear (example: Jaggi hide+ instead of Jaggi hide)

One last tip. After you reach level 30 if some one in you group says something about deviljho.....

Woah, that's actually really cool as far as graphics. o: I'm surprised.

I will have to check it out. Might be a while since I already have Skyrim coming around Christmas... xD;

And lol at the Deviljho picture. xD I will keep that advice in mind.
