Hey..Da name's Grace, or gahl2009. I want to let you guys know that I went to Florida for my family vacation. One day I played a dance and rhythm based game called Dance Central. It is for the Xbox 360 console and requires the Kinect system to play. The goal is to mirror the dancer's moves on the TV screen. And It has a 2nd and a 3rd game because of it's popularity.
I actually played the demo version of Dance Central in Florida. In the game there are ten dancers, two of them are unlockable. For this post I'll talk about the prototype characters.
First up is the male prototype character. Mo, the pop-n-locking B-boy. He likes to play B-Ball and enjoys battling others. His basic outfit in the first game didn't show his eyes at all. In his alternate outfit you do see his eyes. He appears to be the sponsoring character for Dance Central according to the game's intro. (as he rides a skateboard delivering invitations to the other dancers)
Next up is the female prototype character. Emilia, the sporty and eager she-boxer (my favorite character in DC.) who also dances. Not only does she dance and work out, she also pulls pranks (more so on know-it-all redheads..XD) and even plays volleyball. She's energetic and is willing to take on challenges. In her basic DC1 outfit she very well resembles someone you might see at the gym, with grey shorts and a yellow and blue tank top with the number 59 on it. In her alternate outfit her shorts are now green, her blue "sports bandages" have been removed, and she has the addition of sunglasses on top of her head. She is confirmed to be rivals with Miss Aubrey. (A woman who's snooty, and is said to be an expert at dancing. The two of them use to be friends, how that friendship fell apart is currently unknown.)
Both of these characters make their appearences in the other two games, in their crews.
Emilia has moved on alongside her partner Bodie, forming the crew Riptide.
Mo has also moved on and has found a little friend named Glitch. Together they form the crew Hi-Def.
