It's Subeta.net, you're right.

 dstable.com is also a pretty rad site. It's based on dragons and battling, so it's pretty intense. The art there is absolutely awesome.

And there's a forum for RPing, though I dunno how active it is. o_o

Verpets Does have RPing, Although the forums are kinda slow moving. They have a fast Shoutbox, and you can get people to do 1x1s over their mail system, So yeah, they have roleplay.
