A little thread just to share my love to Corn Snakes with other people.
Lots of people think that snake are dangerous, slimy, nasty things. But that's wrong.
they are very loving and caring pet. They are like children, when they grow up with you they'll memorize your smell.
Your become not only they owner, your they shelter and safe hiding. Many snakes can be calmed only by they original owner.
Of course you have to know a some stuff about them, such as:
1. They are predatory animal and will need to be fed with other animal.
So if you can stand feeding your snake with mouse or rat then its better not to have a snake in the first place.
2. They do cost a little. You need to get a vivarium ideal to your snake size.
A heating mat or a lamp, a thermostat and digital thermometer.
Also everyday use stuff, like vivarium bedding.
3. You first need at least basic knowledge of keeping and handling a snake before you get one.
But if you do all those stuff this is what you get. :D
His name is Grzesiu which is polish for Gregory.
He has around 2 month and will grow up to around 1,5m
His still a little shy with people and is a little jumpy but with love and care he will grow up into a wonderful pet.
What pet do you guys have that may be consider unusual.
