Sona is going to be the proud owner of a Fire Belly Toad tomarrow!

Sona has...

A 3 gallon tank.

A hidey thingy.

A large amount of space that can hold about 1 inch of water. (About 2/3rds of the tank is water)

Fake plastic grass. (Pretty much just a piece of plastic painted green)

Money. (Enough money to get me by. I assume...xD)

A fake plastic plant thingy.

And a food bowl. (For the bugs)

Am I missing any thing?

Two questions...

Is the tank too small? (I've heard people putting 3 in a 5 gallon and 6-8 in a 10 gallon)

And. Is a different substrate needed?
