I'll usually go write a very sad poem...It might be hateful every once in a while though. That or I'll go and pet my cats until I feel better.

Usually I just flop about the house. And sit outside the shower. I don't know why, my habits scare me. o_o Or I just go online and forget about it for a while. That's also what I do when I should be doing my homework (Like now.) It's a terrible habit, but hey, it works. And currently I haven't been 'sad' since the start of the the Summer. |

I usually do what Miss Uweh over there does. Sleeping makes everything so much better. I've even been told that once, I seemed like I was ready to beat someone up while on a camping trip I did NOT want to be on.. then I took a nap, and it turned into a sort of, 'Ohai. Have a hug. :D /sparklerainbows' |

I must agree, sleeping is great... but usually, I am silent and dont talk to anyone, even my close friends or family... I also am ready to rip anythings head off due to my hideous temper DD; I can also cry my eyes out into the pelt of my kittys...

I eat tons of junk food and baww at random intervals. My irritation levels also skyrocket. If somebody being a total turd caused my little fit of depression, I plot some kind of revenge. I'm a messed up kid. |

lvl 1 bad 2 realy bad 3 crying
1-not much realy, i just get quite until something makes me laugh or it p*censored*es
2-seek distracting things, may listen to the same song on my ipod over and over
3-i cry, ussually get tired afterward, i then go to sleep (for some reason when i get tired because of that i become abnormally calm)
