Cinder a lot of people on the chat box that I've seen will have you send them you're creatu and tell them what setting you want then you pay them and they send it back.
It's called a "Regression Ray", commonly referred to as an "Rray". People will say "Selling zaps". That means they're willing to zap a pet for you with their Rray. Generally, they'll just ask you to send the pet over because Rrays are so valuable and rare they don't like sending them to strangers. Hope that helps c:
