Well, I crumpled up a first balloon and put the crumpled piece in another with the blowing up end out side the second balloon then I blow the outside one up a little(ways may vary) then I blow it up only half way since when I blow up the second one, air is still techniqually added to the outside balloon. I blow the one inside up and tie it outside the first balloon and push it all the way in the outside balloon. Then I make sure the outside the balloon is bigger than the inside one, I tie the outside one and then its done, it is actually a lot easier to do this when there is a dime in the inside balloon. Putting the scrunched up balloon in the outside balloon is harder than not scrunching one up with a dime in it working it into the outside balloon. Good work with trying this yourself!!!
