I'd actually pay around 1.3-1.5mil. Here's my reasoning..

I can buy an orchid dye kit in the Black Market for around 2mil. But you can also use the Springs to get orchid. The name isn't all that common, and therefore doesn't bump the price up much at all. I'd pay 1.5mil for him.
