so long story short i would really like a username change but i've been out of the loop for a while and in my hope-fuelled frenzy i forgot that not all cash shop items can be bought with credits these days

so basically i've got a lot of credits and absolutely zero cash points.  which.  are the ones i needed in the first place.  so if anyone would be willing to buy a forged birth certificate and trade it to me for a bunch of credit tokens (i can pay more than the 250, I know that credits aren't as useful as cash points these days) that would be.  kind of ridiculously awesome and i'd love you forever

(also, we can talk about what form you'd like your overpayment to take.  i've got stuff and i can draw.  i'm flexible)

anyway yeah bless this kind of means a lot to me

haha yeah i'm cool with waiting a few days, i'm not in /that/ big a rush

oh man

oh man i have so much retired stuff you don't even know.  retired stuff that anyone actually WANTS though, that is the more relevant issue to explore here

what are you interested in?  i've got a bunch of old retired books, some event books, some retired goody bags and goody bag items (ca. 2008-2009 mostly, from the looks of it), a crapload of society artifacts (i can't think of any reason you'd want these though, unless you're an archaeology nerd like me and/or you're trying to complete the ancient collection), and... a few clothes i guess, not too many special ones but i do have an ice narwi crown and torn eclipsed fabric just sitting around not getting used

also yeah that lantern was both named after me and created by me you're welcome, it looks fabulous on you by the way

i was a staff artist for res for a couple of years, i drew a bunch of items (also the twuntie cay npc but please don't judge me by her i've improved since then i swear)

haha well i'll give spottoxic and thowra some time to get back to me, but in the meantime there's nothing stopping us from talking too

and by selling do you mean, "including in the offer" or selling outside this trade

because either way i'm open to the idea of getting rid of some of these, they aren't doing anything but collecting dust in my storage

Oh man. Oh man. You drew that gorgeous Lantern :O I'm in love with it, it's one of my favourite HA items XD

Unfortunately I'm trying to save 1.3billion for a goal name right now so I'll have to pass up on buying the books straight up :( But who knows, maybe when I reach my goal and you still have those books I'll bribe them from you :3

haha thanks man i'm glad you like it (literally the number one reason i made it was because there were no other decent items in the handheld slot and four years later there still aren't any barring premium items, this keeps me up many a tearful night)

and yeah no worries even if i were actively advertising em these books wouldn't sell very fast, you need to be a particular kind of person with a particular kind of budget to spring for anything retired on this site

but dang son 1.3 bil is pretty steep, i hope your name quest goes as smoothly and quickly as it is possible to go

yeah the tamia lantern is baaasically one of the most sought-after HA items now
so that's a cool thing!!

oh hey dust it's cool to see you around again too, and thanks haha i'll pop in sometime if i think about it

clone - whoa ok so when you say "all" you're just talking about the books up there right, because i have a few hundred other retired items in my storage that haven't even entered this discussion yet (and probably won't, unless any of you are like the world's biggest geek for prism shards and easter eggs)

but for the books i listed, unless the market changes drastically here's how i'd price them:

agt: 6 mil (x2)
bare branches: 10 mil (x4)
bobp: probably wouldn't part with it for less than 100 mil.  only 60 in game, none currently in shops and none have even sold since 2011.  even then it'd be a tough sell for me (i wrote an acrostic for it.  i'm very proud)
book of insanity: 20 mil
deaths bane: 10 mil
htiz: 25 mil
htkt: 1 mil, i actually didn't mean to put this on the list whoops but if you want it that's cool too
htss: 1 mil, same deal
kod: 15 mil
lurking litessa: 10 mil
xgtus: 12 mil

if you wanted to buy everything there but the bad poetry book, it would be 146 mil (i could probably knock it down to about 130 for buying them all at once though).  with the bad poetry book, 246 mil.  i'll haggle on the lot or any of them individually, but ive still gotta take recent merchant prices and the number in game into account
