Paar: In Pure, I would be looking for around 60-70mil for Sparta.
Utopia is quite pricey. You figure all these factors:

It's Prehistoric
Gold which adds 10mil alone
Omni which is retired and 50mil alone
Named Utopia

I would be wanting (in Pure) somewhere around 110mil Pure.

Well, how about 160mil if I managed to make that much TU? It's kind of the bare minimum I'd be willing to pay if my stocks actually managed to skyrocket.
