-------------------------------------------------------The Daki-------------------------------------------------------Legends of old speak of a creature who only emerged at night. This shy creature, dubbed a "Daki" by those lucky enough to spot one, is a
rare and elusive breed, drawn out of hiding only by the light of
fairies, in whom they find comfort and friendship. Not much else is currently known about them. But now is your chance to learn more about them; collect some fairies for your lantern and add more information to the Daki Journal!-------------------------------------------------------
The Fairies -------------------------------------------------------
It is said that the only way to summon a Daki is to place a lantern full of fairies out on a dark night. Though you can choose the type of Daki by choosing the right fairies, the individual traits of each discovered Daki will be random.
Each lantern can hold only up to five fairies, including the required basic fairy, so choose wisely.
(*Note: Lanterns operate on a four star system. You can allocate each star into the fairy category of your choosing. One star in a category will produce relatively simple results, but you can have multiple categories on a single Daki; four stars in a category will produce a complex result, but you can only have that single category appear on your Daki (although you can always add more with Dust jars later; see below.) Two and three stars in a category are also a possibility, and you do not have to fill up your lantern.)
The basic fairy is a staple of every lantern combination. Once they begin to glow, it encourages the other fairies in its lantern to follow suit. Their gentle light is necessary to begin attracting Daki, but without any friends the Daki it attracts will be relatively simple. One basic fairy per lantern is require.
Price: 2 mil
The patterned fairy attracts the attention of Daki with interesting markings on their body. Multiple ones in a single lantern will catch the eye of Daki with increasingly complex designs.
Price: (1 mil, 2 mil, 4 mil, 8 mil)
Those who whisper a wish to their rainbow fairy to to attract Daki with a color similar to what they wished for. With many rainbow fairies in a single lantern, very specific color schemes can be uncovered.
Price: (500k, 1 mil, 1.5 mil, 2 mil)
The fashion fairy dislikes its relatively plain appearance, so it seeks to accent itself with all manner of stylish accessories. It is said that multiple fashion fairies in a lantern will attract Daki with increasingly excellent taste.
Price: (1 mil, 2 mil, 4 mil, 8 mil)
What a strange little fellow! This mutant fairy attracts all sorts of Daki with body parts that differ from the norm. But beware! They get increasingly agitated when placed with others of their kind, which can bring about some bizarre results.
Price: (1mil, 2mil, 4 mil, 8 mil)
The shimmer fairy is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and rare. It is said that its sparkles will catch the eye of Daki with mind-boggling effects. The more shimmer fairies there are in a single lantern, the more fantastic the resulting Daki will be.
Price: (3 mil, 6 mil, 8 mil, 10 mil)
The seraph fairy is the rarest of them all. Legend say that if you place this fairy in your lantern, the Daki of your dreams will appear. However, they are very shy and refuse to share lantern space with any fairy besides the gentle basic fairy.
Price: (10-15 mil, depending on the fairy requested)
