I've discovered that I love doing character refs??? Apparently? That's all I draw right now lmao so I figured why not capitalize on that B)
If you have a character you need a reference of, either updated from old art or I can also draw from desc-ription, you're in luck! Well, you're in luck as long as your character is an animal (especially a cat).
For a ref like this I picture the character as they appear in my head in addition to their personality. Listening to a song or songs that I associate with that character help me bring out the character's personality in their appearance (for this one I listened to Britney Spears' Toxic on repeat for like... five hours lol) but it isn't necessary. The lines are clean and I don't shade for the sake of colour accuracy, even though I have little bubbles at the side with the character's colours. I have no idea how much to charge for these refs but because they take up so much of my time I don't really want to do them as requests ;x; if anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to hear them! No order form right now, just looking for a price estimate.
EDIT: okay I've got an idea of how to price these now! Refs are 50 mil with the price subject to fluctuation depending on complexity (something like Foxtail up there is 50 for the one character for example). Maybe I'll do regular art sometime in the future but for now only references ovo
