Toppings and decorations: A double-row of black dots (sprinkles perhaps) down the front; six in total is probably a good number. An arm showing us a peace sign. Spiky hair along the top if you can. o:
Face: A 8D face will probably fit best. I know Vash would certainly be thrilled to find himself turned into a donut. xD *edits* Oh, and I almost forgot. There should be a small black dot near his left eye - our right.
