Don't use fotoflexer, or whatever online editor you're using. The brushes are too blotchy and big. It's the internet, you can find other somewhat decent online editors if you really tried.

I recomened (I probably spelt that wrong xD) GIMP 2. Are you allowed to download things, because you have to with GIMP. I think that GIMP is very useful, and may improve your art!

.. That's the point. Making art digitally is supposed to be difficult at first. But then you get used to the tools and then it gets slightly easier and less time-consuming.
That.. is kind of too blocky. And it looks sort of weird.

Do you have paint? most PCS have paint on them, and it has a wide range of brushes and stuff.

You also have to have patience with yourself, try to get a bit better and practice doing certain things.

If you have a laptop, I find it easier to draw with a mouse then the laptop pad.
If you really cared about animals more than humans...kindly feed yourself to the next starving wolf.

Like others have said, it just takes a LOT of time and effort. It helps a bit when you can just get a whole bunch of paper and a couple REF pics. Try finding a simple photograph in a magazine or on the internet, then use a pencil and paper to try to copy the main image exactly. This will help you not only to have a steadier hand (which is absolutely nessicairy when doing anything on the computer... bad spelling, yuck! XP), but it will also introduce you to new ways to draw. Then when you go to take a photo to post on the internet, try to angle the camera straight above the drawing.
One thing above all others: you have to enjoy drawing to do well. Make it entertaining; if you are the kind of person who loves a challenge, then tell yourself that you WILL try new things everytime you do a sketch, and never do something(for example, wings, eyes, teeth) the same way twice. If you don't care for challenges, but enjoy small treats like candy, then find a tiny bag and tell yourself you are only going to try a piece once you finnish a drawing you are really proud of. Do whatever it takes to make yourself love to draw; then never do the same thing twice.
