She has a mighty need for art of her robutt characters, and can't always draw them. Plus she want art from others because she's just like that. So she's holding a contest to see whether these prizes she's got even get a good amount of interest. If only one or two enter, I'll just cancel the contest or continuously extend it until I have better prizes.
Speaking of, let's get those out of the way first because they're obviously what you're all interested in.
Okay, so here's how this is going to go. For now, this contest is just... more of an idea than anything else. The prizes have every bit of potential to change. (probably for the better as I obtain more valuable things to offer)
I will change the prizes for the better if the art that is being submitted is of quality more deserving of more valuable prizes. ^^
I can tell you lot right now, there is no pure tu prize for this. So if tu's all you're after, you can leave now if you want. However, if you stick around, you'll see all the amazing prizes I do have.
I'll be offering creatu and some items for this, depending on your own preference. As for creatu, you may pick what you want from my showroom if you should win first prize.
But...
First place gets first pic, second place gets next and so on and so forth. There are only three places for this contest, as I'm not made of tu and can't afford to offer prizes for all. I'm sorry.
Item prizes include things such as: Apathetic shades (valued according to merchants at 100 mil), Jaaku beret (valued accordingly at 50 mil), and the Iluvu gown pack (it's open, but all the items are accounted for).
Here's the deal. Prizes will be awarded according to effort and quality. And as I said before, they are subject to change as I obtain more valuable things. Right now, there is NO SET END DATE. That means you can take as long as you like making your entry amazing. There are three different variations you can do of the art she's after to enter. All of them are mechas, so if you don't draw those, you're out of luck. Though one of the mechas is a tiger. (I don't just want a bunch of pictures of the tiger please)
Speaking of, let's have a look at what you'll be drawing:
Variant 1: tle="" target="">Cayalyst is the little robo-tiger standing next to the bipedal mecha here. He is mostly white with accents of blue and yellow-gold, and the stripes on him glow. You can color him any way you like, just please stick to the colors I've set for him. You can add a couple new colors if you really want to.
Variant 2: tle="" target="">Code Blue is the bipedal mecha standing next to Catalyst. He too is colored the same way as Catalyst. I would highly appreciate if the wings on his helm and the chevron above his eyes are yellow-gold specifically, and his biceps, thighs and midsection must be silver-gray in color, as well as his face. The rest is up to you.
Variant 3: tle="" target="">Sentry is the bipedal mecha standing in the top left corner of this image here. He's mainly a deep orange-gold in color with accents of royal blue. He too has areas of silver like Code Blue, but his are darker to accommodate his darker color scheme. All these mechas have aqua blue optics (eyes) and biolights. Biolights are little glowing light patterns around a Cybertronian's body. Like the ones on tle="" target="">this guy here. (Code Blue and Catalyst have lights too)
Variant 4: Code Blue and Catalyst almost always come as an automatic pair, as Catalyst is Code Blue's minicon. (kind of like a pet but not exactly) Variant 4 includes them drawn together doing... something. They're paramedics, so maybe rushing to an emergency?
Variant 5: Sentry and Code Blue are an OC ship of mine. Draw them being cute together for variant 5. (this one is most likely to get you first prize)
Variant 6: Draw Code Blue, Sentry and Catalyst all doing something together.
In the references, the characters have alternate modes, or things they turn into. I am not looking for art of their alternate modes please and thank you. So don't just draw a car or truck.
As this contest is kinda tentative and can close potentially at any time, please post references of your art first. I will accommodate you for your troubles drawing my characters if I close the contest and you've entered, but I'd like to know the quality I'd pay for if that was the case first please.
