I'll order :3 Can you draw my Oc Eagle form?

Lucien has a another form. He can transform into the shadow of an Eagle. He is from a clan named the shadow dwellers. He can shape shift into a Eagle at will. His Eagle form is like a normal Eagle but three times the size. He is a blackish blue colour and a black collar around his neck which hangs very loosely on his neck.

Can he be sitting on the ground kind of having his head turned facing the front and a shadow of a flying Eagle in the background?

I'll pay idk...300k or more for this?
