sketch -> ink -> colour -> colour + shading
Sketch: 100k
Ink: 150k
Colour: 500k
Color + Shading: 700k
Add a background/multiple characters: +100k
Or basically whatever you think it's worth. I'm terrible with pricing... Ugh :(
