I only have time for 2 place at the moment, I will post who I chose. I am not the best at drawing anthro, so if you want a anthro I am not the person for that, or humans, I really cannot draw humans. I am really good at dragons, horses, bats, and wolves.

Colour Scetch=(depends on how many colours used) 300k-500k
photoshop=1mil-10mil(depends on how many layers are used and colours)
Prices can change if art work is not to full satisfactory, also I take pets and items.
